Employee Services Representative

This entry level, Las Vegas in-office position is to be a welcoming & service oriented ambassador to our internal and external clients and their employees. Bi-lingual candidates must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking Spanish.

A concentrated focus is placed on expedited customer service, first-level assistance & solutions and educating platform users. It is crucial that an employee's first impression of AdvanStaff is one that reflects AdvanStaff's emphasis on professionalism and best-in-class service. 

The Representative will be directly interacting with employees by phone, electronically or in person, to assist our clients and their employees, acting as a liaison of each internal department. 

This individual will also assist, with requests for support from our internal departments on regular and special projects. 

 Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Duties will encompass solving the support requests from our client’s employees, using a basic operational knowledge for each internal department, to properly assess, guide, advise and train our clients and employees. 
  • When the issue is outside of the expertise or experience level, evaluate the issue, and gather as much information as possible for the departmental team member best suited to fulfilling the need. Use the event as a training moment to learn how to address in the future, collaborating and sharing knowledge among the team. 
  • Pro-actively recognizes & solves problems and strives for constant improvement for an elevated service experience. 
  • Additional internal duties as requested 

 Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Work Styles

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and PBX is required.
  • Demonstrates a high aptitude for technology. Requires the use of multiple software application tools, including support ticketing, chat & video conferencing as well as database software(s).
  • Stress Tolerance: Fast-paced position which requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with occasional stressful situations. Job requires persistence in the face of obstacles.

Working Conditions

Must be able to work in a sitting position at a computer for extended periods of time.
